A little bit about me
At heart I am a maker and a tinkerer, all ways working on fun projects to learn new skills. Currently I am studying Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo
Mechatronics
Mechanical
I have lots of experience using 3D modelling tools like Solidworks, NX and Inventor. I am also familiar with many different manufacturing and prototyping techniques and design to their strengths and around their limitations.
Electronics
I have spent a lot of time using Eagle and Allium Designer to capture schematics and create PCBs for various projects over the years.
Software
Whether its the firmware or the entire project its self, most of my projects have a significant software component. I am proficient in C, C++, Java, 4dGL, Arduino and MATLAB and I learn new languages all the time.
